TERMS OF USE

• GunListPortal AKA GunList AKA GunListPortal.com is a subsidary of 1337 Tactical LLC. The terms below may use any of the afformentioned naming conventions of 'GunList' or throughout the website and/or in any communications.
• I understand that the use of GunList is completely free for the time time being, however GunListPortal will, at a later date, charge a fee on a 'per use' basis. For example this may mean $1 per listing, and 1% on top of all other appplicible fees for use of the check out functionality (functionality coming soon).
• I am 21 years of age or older.
• I understand that GunList is NEVER involved in transactions between parties and DOES NOT certify, investigate, or in any way guarantee the legal capacity of any party to transact.
• I am responsible for obeying all applicable enforcement mechanisms, including, but not limited to federal, state, municipal, and tribal statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and judicial decisions, all applicable Presidential Executive Orders, including compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.
• I acknowledge using GunListPortal.com for any purpose contrary to any applicable federal, state, municipal or tribal laws, or regulations, constitutes using GunListPortal.com for an "illegal purpose." I agree that I will not use GunListPortal.com for any illegal purpose. I also acknowledge and agree that I am not authorized to access the website for any illegal purpose whatsoever and that doing so may constitute accessing a computer without authorization.
• If I am at all unsure about firearm sales or transfers, I will contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and visit the ATF website at http://www.atf.gov.
• GunList may edit or remove information, including my listings, from the site without notice.
• If I violate these terms, GunList may permanently remove me from the site or, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, avail itself of such remedies as are prescribed by law. GunList will comply with federal, state, municipal, and tribal law enforcement entities pursuant to the Constitution of the United States and Due Process of Law.
• I agree to abide by the rule that I may only have one account.
• I understand that the sale or trade of animals on GunList is prohibited.
• I take responsibility for my actions while using GunListPortal.com. I also take responsibility for any and all of my actions related to, or resulting from, my use of GunListPortal.com. Further, I am solely responsible for any and all consequences of my actions. Collecting data from GunListPortal.com and re-publishing it without express written permission from GunListPortal.com is strictly prohibited.
• I indemnify and hold harmless GunList and all of its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents for any and all loss, harm, damage, costs, liability, and expense caused to them, whether intentionally or unintentionally, by my use of GunListPortal.com, including but not limited to direct or indirect results of violations of any and all applicable laws.
• GunList may make changes to these terms at any time without notifying me. As a user, I am solely responsible for reading the most current version of the terms and conditions.
• By creating an account I "Accept," ("I agree"), I electronically represent ("sign") that I agree to all of the terms above and further certify that I have read, and completely agree, to be legally bound by the GunList Terms of Use.
